Beribadh, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. To materialize its aim and objective of spreading the light of education ESSD has established an educational institution on 01-01-10 at Beribadh of Mohammadpur for the distressed and neglected children of that slum area. Though the school started with 45 students later on it reached up to 95. At present in 2019 the number of students in this school has reached up to 480. The pre-primary and the primary sections are there in the school. Pre-primary is for children in nursery class and primary is up to class Five. ESSD and Stamford University as sister concern are funding the school from their own funds supplying all educational materials and tiffin etc. free of cost. This school is run in two shifts- morning and day shifts. In both the shifts, there are six teachers and four support staffs take care of the school and maintain its cleanliness. They are also paid from ESSD’s own fund. For its proper management a managing committee consisting of 7 members is actively working for this. The committee is headed by a Director, an Asst. Director, and the others as general members. With the proper guidance of this Committee last year the passing average was 100% which has attracted the people of the slum area to send their children to this school. Result publication Day and annual cultural function of the school are held at the end of the School year regularly.
